FTE: Full Time, 0.8, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is based on relevant experience.

Summary:

Join our dedicated Employee Health Nurse team, where you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the health and safety of our employees. You will utilize your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to deliver comprehensive health services in line with our organization's values and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire, volunteer, and annual health assessments, injury treatment, and support the immunization program.
• Keep accurate summaries and reports for employee annual health updates and mandatory follow-up visits.
• Monitor and follow up on employee exposures to communicable diseases.
• Provide essential employee health services, including post-offer health screenings, drug testing, and support for Workers Compensation, occupational health, wellness, and HR functions.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preference for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before start date.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
