Position: Finance Manager
Job Description:
The ideal candidate has significant experience in Corporate FP&A or a larger public company -- planning, forecasting and reporting for our Global Corporate functions, such as HR, Finance, Treasury, IT, etc. Supporting Global teams, this person will interact with our senior leadership on a regular basis and must be able to present to executive levels of our Fortune 113 company (2017). The individual must possess strong business acumen and thrive in a dynamic business environment and must have experience with financial reporting, financial planning and business analysis activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Train and educate employees on day to day functional responsibilities.
Perform day to day functional responsibility and/or conduct financial analysis to identify and evaluate risk and exposure; recommend appropriate action.
Set and communicate direction for team in order to deliver results in line with strategic goals. May need intermittent guidance from senior management to develop staff for optimal team performance.
Research and inform team on regulatory issues. Identify and raise any risks and exposures to senior management.
As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting); or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
MBA and/or CPA are highly desired.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$98,900.00 - $137,500.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
