Position Overview The Gallery Consultant supports a dynamic showroom environment focused on slabs, sinks, and related materials. This role blends customer interaction with operational support—helping clients with product selection, maintaining showroom presentation, and assisting with inventory and logistics. Associates may work with designers, remodelers, builders, and retail customers, including occasional showroom hours on Saturdays. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Provide an exceptional showroom experience for clients Assist customers on the showroom floor Assist in answering phones Assist customers over the phone Maintain and clean specific area of the showroom Assist with inventory as required Follow up phone calls to secure orders Participate in after‑hour events and sponsorships as required Resolve customer issues Enter orders into computer system, work with production regarding order, delivery, installation Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Assist in collections as necessary 3‑5 years’ experience/hands‑on knowledge within construction industry product sales Self‑motivated, driven to close sales Ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the Company Computer literate; working knowledge of MS Office Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position and may require occasional Saturday work.
