What You’ll Do : Own the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare and non-clinical roles—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and deliver results. Source candidates like a pro using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own creative magic. Manage multiple requisitions across various industries—you’ll never be bored, and you’ll always be learning. Meet and exceed productivity targets in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment that rewards performance. Who You Are: A recruiting powerhouse with 1-3+ years of experience in healthcare or high-volume recruiting (agency experience a plus!). A natural communicator and relationship builder who makes candidates and clients feel like VIPs. Goal-oriented and metrics-driven—you love watching your placements (and commissions) stack up.
