About the Job:
We’re a family-owned recycling business with steady year-round work and a wide variety of equipment. We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to handle repairs and maintenance on trucks and heavy equipment. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and a supportive, no-nonsense work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, drivetrains, and related systems
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections
• Keep accurate service notes and communicate clearly with the team
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or technician
• Solid mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Basic tool set (shop provides larger tools and equipment)

Pay & Benefits:

• $25–$35 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time, consistent schedule
• Includes all required state and federal benefits (no additional company benefits)
