Be among the first 25 applicants Company: Westinghouse Electric Co Location: Cranberry Township, US We are seeking an Investigator, Ethics & Compliance to investigate allegations of Westinghouse Global Ethics Code violations received through the Westinghouse Global Ethics and Concerns Helpline. About The Role As an Investigator, Ethics & Compliance, you will conduct sensitive, critical, confidential, and time-sensitive investigations. The position responsibilities will involve analyzing complex information, conducting interviews, research, and preparing reports on investigations. Responsibilities Perform assessment of the risks presented by the alleged activity and conduct investigation by applying the appropriate investigative techniques. Plan and conduct neutral, fact-finding investigations of complaints alleging violations of Westinghouse Global Ethics Code. Conduct interviews to gather relevant facts associated with the complaint. Provide timely and detailed written reports of investigations for review by the Manager Global Investigations Program. Remain current on relevant new legislation to stay informed of developments in the field. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in planning and conducting investigations. Master's degree in a relevant field (Law, Public Accounting, International Affairs, Business, Forensic Studies, Compliance, Human Resources, Audit, etc.) or Law degree is preferred.
