Position Highlights

• 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Closed, 30-bed ICU
• EMR: EPIC

Compensation & Benefits

• $378,560 for 182 shifts per year
• $30,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $100,000 student loan repayment

Role Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient care for your patient panel, including hospital rounds and coverage arrangements.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Document medical histories and physicals as required.
• Provide or arrange call coverage for clinic and inpatient care.
• Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and staff.
• This position is safety-sensitive; alertness and safety are essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine
• Licensed Physician
• Board Eligible or Board Certified

Preferred Experience

• 2-5 years of experience
