Position Summary

Type: Full-time, in-office

Role: Ensure smooth office operations, tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Administrative Management: Supervise office activities; answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls; manage mail and calendar; maintain supplies; and ensure a welcoming space.

  • Executive Assistance: Provide direct support to executives, including scheduling, email management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed to support leadership initiatives.

  • Financial Operations: Handle rent collection, deposits, invoices, and accurate financial records.

  • Tenant Services: Manage tenant relations, including property showings, application processing, and move-in/move-out coordination.

  • Technology & Online Payments: Use property management software to streamline transactions, property maintenance, vendor/tenant communication, and financial reporting.

  • Maintenance & Inspections: Coordinate repairs and respond to emergencies.

  • Contracts & Reporting: Handle leases, ensure legal compliance, supervise maintenance teams, and coordinate with service providers.

Ability to be present and on time, self-accountability, professional communication skills, document and digital organization, attention to detail, and tech adaptability.
