Main Responsibilities: Support our team with administrative and operational activities such as phone calls, presentations, accounts inquiries and transactions for all existing accounts. Responsible for the new account onboarding process, including gathering all documents, processing new account applications on the custodian platform, and following up until the account has been properly approved. Establish and maintain files to meet the firm’s regulatory requirements. Support the investment team in preparation for portfolio reviews. Develop sales capabilities by contacting new clients. Qualifications: Proactive, detailed, and client service-oriented. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal. Team Player and willing to go the extra mile to reach shared goals. 3 to 5 years of financial services experience with foundational knowledge of investment and banking products.
