Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Massillon, Ohio at the Lake Avenue Branch. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience, including lobby engagement and technology tools. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Experience: Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $57,500.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. Incentive eligible based on performance.
