As a Photographer / Sales Associate , you will be the friendly face of our photo souvenir operation. You’ll capture high-quality photos of guests, engage them with enthusiasm, and help them select and purchase their favorite souvenir images. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and passionate about customer service and photography.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Guest Interaction

• Approach and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Capture high-quality photos using company-provided cameras and equipment.
• Ensure all images meet company quality standards for framing, focus, and composition.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of photography areas and equipment.

Sales & Customer Service

• Present and promote photo souvenirs to guests in the retail area or sales kiosks.
• Provide outstanding service and assist guests in choosing and purchasing their photos.
• Operate POS systems accurately for sales and transactions.
• Help achieve daily sales targets through upselling and excellent guest engagement.

Teamwork & Operations

• Support daily setup and closing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in photography, retail, or customer service preferred (training provided).
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Basic technical understanding of digital cameras and computers (training provided).
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
