Job Description

Lead the global GeneData and IDBS operating companies to deliver breakthrough market growth, innovation cadence, and financial and organizational objectives. Drive P&L performance, strategic planning, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational business leadership for a ~$200M business.
• Lead P&L with revenue, gross margin, operating profit, and net income targets.
• Design and execute growth strategies, both organic and inorganic, including M&A and Open Innovation.
• Build and develop a high-performance global leadership team.
• Implement Danaher Business System tools for process improvement, sustainability, and culture.
• Maintain quality and compliance across the Quality Management System.
• Drive product quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and associate care metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-company teams to leverage shared innovation tools.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in a $200M+ global software or SaaS business.
• Strong P&L management skills across multiple currencies and markets.
• Deep understanding of the life sciences analytical tools and diagnostics industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executing strategic plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Background in M&A, Open Innovation, and cross-border operations (North America, Europe, APAC).
• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Science; MBA or equivalent advanced business experience preferred.
• High integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to Danahers values.
