Process Engineer

• Clyde OH
• Base Salary Range: $100k-$125k+ 
• 7AM-5PM Monday - Friday
• Specializes in Injection Molding Plastics Manufacturing 
• Non-Union / Privately Owned

Position Overview
The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes meet quality standards and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement process enhancements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth process execution
• Develop and maintain documentation for process workflows and quality standards
• Train and mentor staff on process improvements and best practices
• Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Preferred)
• Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in plastics or injection molding
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools
