Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding support.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
• Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws pertinent to the manufacturing sector.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to enhance employer brand within the manufacturing community.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades, quality).
• Proficiency in various sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach and professional networking.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience and stakeholder management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Relevant HR or recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIR).
