We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to join our team.. This role will lead efforts to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key industries while building long-term partnerships. The position is remote with travel as required, and reports directly to senior leadership.

Job Details

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pursue and win new business opportunities aligned with our contract manufacturing services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in automotive, industrial, and electronics markets.
• Create and execute growth strategies that drive measurable results.
• Partner with internal engineering and program management teams to ensure smooth account handover once business is awarded.
• Represent our business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen market presence.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8–15 years of experience in business development or account management within global contract manufacturing (EMS/ODM) companies such as Flex, Jabil, Sanmina, Kimball Electronics, etc.
• Proven success in winning new business and closing complex accounts.
• Strong network in relevant industries with established executive-level relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
