\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a qualified nursing candidate to join our Stepdown/Telemetry unit. The unit specializes in various cardiac conditions including CHF, MI, and arrhythmia, and utilizes advanced cardiac medication management. The ideal candidate will exhibit a flexible and positive attitude while providing compassionate care.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide nursing care for patients with cardiac conditions, including post-procedural care.
\n
• Manage titratable or cardiac IV medications as per protocols.
\n
• Assist with bedside procedures such as cardioversion.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Stepdown or progressive care experience.
\n
• Telemetry experience.
\n
• Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications (e.g., nitroglycerine, Cardizem).
\n
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
\n
