\n\nJob Description\n

Join our dynamic Stepdown Unit where you will provide exceptional care to patients with complex cardiac conditions including CHF, MI, arrhythmias, and more. You will work alongside a dedicated team with a focus on delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to stepdown patients.
\n
• Monitor and manage patients with telemetry needs.
\n
• Administer titratable cardiac IV medications.
\n
• Conduct bedside cardioversion procedures when necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Must have stepdown or progressive care experience.
\n
• Telemetry experience required.
\n
• Experience with titratable cardiac IV medications such as nitroglycerine and amiodarone.
\n
• Preferred: Experience with prostacyclins (Flolan, Veletri, Remodulin).
\n
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
\n
